The training we do here at SGR consists of 20 years of knowledge from Clinton Anderson, John Lyons, Monty Roberts methods that when applied with understanding and a soft feel for timing, you and your horse will get the understanding and respectfulness that you have been trying to achieve. I have been working with horses, showing in Open and Breed shows in Western and Trail, for about 38 years. Attending clinics and seminars, and applying the home study courses, I always keep up on the newest techniques. With simple tools and understanding, we can build trust, patience, respect and willingness for you and your horse. If you have respect on the ground, you'll have it when you ride. Horses of all ages and breeds are taught respect and confidence without fear, intimidation, or resistance through step-by-step techniques that have been a great success. The end result is a happier, more willing and responsive horse that has a foundation to go into any area of equine specialty you choose. If you'd like a horse that is trail broke, (can go over bridges, thru gates, sidepass and more) we can teach them that, too. We work with babies, problem horses, and older horses needing a "refresher course". We are also offering to come to your boarding facility, ranch or home for your convenience.
